Ottawa Tulip Festival

Last weekend we spent part of the afternoon checking things out at the Tulip festival. The tulips aren't qute open yet but I suspect by next weekends grand opening they should be!!!
Olivia of course was thrilled to be outside in her stroller and enjoying the people watching...
...notice she is sporting her new rain coat Nanny bought her!!! We left the park just in time and missed the rain thankfully!!!
Hopefully we make it down again...PLUS i need my CHOCOLATE FONDUE...mmmmmmm
