PLAYROOM FUN!!!

Well, I am HAPPY to report that the O'Neil's are finally get up and back on their feet!!! Olivia had been down with an ear infection, which was finally decided by her doctor to be treated with antibiotics since it didn't seem to be healing on it's own. She does seem better these days, but we suspect her ear is not yet fully resolved and plan to follow-up with her doctor. Following that, I also got sick. Fever, chills intense sore throat (Strep) which literally knocked be out for 5 straight days and weak for an additional week following that. Right after my illness, Brad sustained a pretty intense knee sprain which left him in intense pain and off work (and immobile) for nearly an entire week. A visit to the doctor has lead him to a referral to an orthopedic surgeon in Ottawa to determine if surgery is the best option in preventing this type of injury from occurring again in the future. They say things happen in threes....AND, I certainly hope that we're done with our ailments and onto happier and healthier times in our household!!! Brad was back to work yesterday and things seem to be getting back to normal.
Olivia's grandpa was through for a weekend to visit (last weekend) and we had a very nice time. He and Olivia had lots of time to play and even managed a trip to the TOY STORE. Here is Olivia playing with some blocks that grandpa Light bought for her:
